In the end, for the cut off increase effect, I used automation as well, but I just put 1% at the beginning and 100% at the end, also did the trick! :)

@bassmanalan it is called side chain compression. i think i have a video on it. you should be able to find it if you take a peek at my videos. OR you look up Logic Pro Sidechain Compression. that should work. thanks for the comment. :)

Very nice, one thing I'm curious about, what's the difference between using the latch automation tool rather than the touch. At this point they seem to work the same. In what situations would you use a touch and not a latch, and what situations would you only use the latch and not touch?
