KM -- you're great. I like the cycling of the bass and the chord change. It's got that otherwordly feel that Kimbrough had. Really rocks.

Did he say it was an original song? Because T-Model Ford already did this song on You Better Keep Still.

I wrote this song based on both T-model Ford's Wood Cuttin" Man" and Albert King's " Crosscut Saw" who got his version from Tommy McClennan" Crosscut Saw" in 1942 who probably got it from somebody else. I'm just keeping the tradition going.
