Heeey love the video ma'am!!! Why dont I ever see you compete in USPDF or PDF? I go to a lot of competions on the east coast. Do you ever travel out this way?

@MISSRN12 - I'll be in New York Oct 23 for the APFA competition. I'm just now starting to do competitions. I prefer showcases where you get to really show your style. Competitions cause you to lose some of your style as you have to abide by certain rules and do certain things for your performance but they are still fun and it's a great way to get my name out there. That's why I chose to apply for APFA. I didn't get in USPDF this year but 2 instructors from my studio did, Sasja & Tiffany.

@spectaculaer It is an athletic competition really. It holds as much purpose as a beauty pageant or a body building competition, not saying that either one of those are sports.

@poledanceallure I checked out their video tutorials online and they are awesome! Once I start working again I definitely want to do some one on one. Thanks for the recommendation. I saw on there that the lady in the video, Nicole, owns it too it would be cool to learn somewhere she teaches :)

@poledanceallure Thats awesome!!! My pole buddies and I will be in New York as well. I look forward to seeing you perform! I've been following your vids for a minute and you are very good and quite popular so thats why I was wondering why I never seen you compete yet. But I totally get what you are saying as far as some competitions taking away from the artistry of pole fitness. some of the judging criteria are a bit suspect in some of these competitions...ijs...see ya soon! :-)
