  • Good luck with your H4N (hot4november)!!! I totally understand what u were saying about water. I need to make that a priority too. Also, forget C25K!! Walking IS an Exercise!! I love walking too and it will deff make you feel proud of yourself just knowing you are out there when you didn't have to be! I have no idea what a cleanse is but I hope you succeeded!

LOL Your goal for an hour walk is better than my 30min walk LOL But its all good, goals are good no matter what it is! I am excited about "meeting" new people in the community too. I had to re-subscripe to you for some odd reason. Youtube glitch cause I would have NEVER un-subb ya. LOL

  • You have such a lovely personality, and the smile to match it. Thanks for the Aha! moment--- we DO have complete control over what we put in our mouths, don't we? As for your walking goal, I think it is great. Walking is one of the best exercises we can do!
