I'm not one for such things like this....but the ONE THING that goes through my mind is 'Man...what if she had like, a sword on the end of that thing.' I'm sure she would make an excellent warrior =D

While her technique, precision, and flexibility are very good: her artistry is unremarkable. Her back is not breathing; her shoulders are too high and tense; and she does not seem to know how to place her arms, or gracefully: nervousness might play its part, but it indicates neglect in her training. And yes I can speak on the subject, as a training ballerina who does spend a good deal of time in oversplits and even more time studying form and artistry. This is a routine only for the masses.

You don't know how hard their training is. It's not just in the way they wave the ribbon but their flexibility too and the skills they can do while waving a ribbon.
