@Jacquesthebike as they say amateurs make the easiest things appear so difficult (most modern drummers fall into this category); real masters make their hard stuff look deceptively simple!

He kinda has the approach of a magician and ventriloquist with his facial expressions. A re-synced copy of this video should be uploaded.

I might just load this in some video program and re-sync the sound to picture.
Then I'd load it in my channel unless the poster wants to do it.

I'd call it a ventriloquist approach to soloing (maximum expression with minimal body/face movement ;-)

IT MAKES ME THINK OF WHAT IM HEARING INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT WHAT IS BEEN PLAYED , VERY GOOD FOR LEARNING TO HEAR DRUMS AL NATURAL.

@Jacquesthebike that's not really on purpose. whenever i drum, i seem like i'm showing a face of pain when really it's just me getting really in to the music that i'm playing. if anything, it shows that i'm having a great time while playing rather than being in pain. it's what i call the "drummer face". everyone has a different facial expression when playing music.
