I recollect at this time, Willy Colon, Andy Gonzales, Nicky Morrero and I, Eric Alexander played in my living room in the Monroe Projects,in the Bronx, New York. We had a Ball! My Mom fed us, supplied soda and an atmosphere as We Jammed. I can almost feel the building swaying as the Latin Jazz Salsa traveled through the halls, down the elevator, even the stairwells had SALSA in the air...Those were the Great Ole Days.
