We are for the second time organizing the St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Poland. It will be held from March 15th in Warsaw. The main organizers are the International Police Association, Polish Section (IPA) and the 5 O'CLOCK Multimedia Agency.

The first St. Patrick's Day celebrations were held in Poland on 17th, 23rd and 30th March 2006 in Lublin, Warsaw and Krakow. In the capital we were delighted to be joined by Ms. Patricia Reilly.

Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide by the Irish and increasingly by many people of non-Irish descent. During Saint Patrick's Day celebrations in Poland we would like to explore the connections between Irish and Polish culture. Last time our aim was to provide the opportunity and motivation for people who are not Irish to attend and join in the imaginative and expressive celebrations and to portray accurate images of Ireland as a nation of creative, professional and sophisticated people.

This year we would like to organize a similar event. We have invited many distinguished visitors from Ireland, inter alia a group of representatives of the International Police Association and many others.
