Peace Radio FM 105 start transmission for IDP at Mardan
The whole country is in deep pall and gloom over the situation in Swat and every Pakistani is sharing the agonies of hundreds of thousands of displaced persons while relief activities for the displaced persons are in full swing.
The Peace Radio starts airing its programme for IDP at Mardan. The objective of the radio is to provide financial, social and moral support assistance and guidance to the people displaced by the military operation against militants in Swat Valley and also provide them information about their hometowns.

Some renowned figures including are hosts of the telethon. Besides the hosts, some other important personalities will help raise funds for the provision of basic necessities of life to the displaced people of Swat. The Peace Radio will be aired its programme from 4-noon to 5pm daily on FM 105.
