    I just had an opportunity to play this at our managers meeting yesterday. While it did draw some laughter, it illustrated the most valuable lesson which is to not only take care of "the customer" but to do it with compassion! I love the part in which you talk about building value!!!! Excellent job.

    I would recommend that anyone in the sales industry of any product watch this video and share it with their team.

  • I liked it, Tom! One of the better, more meaningful speeches I've ever seen. We have similar businesses and your surveys really hit home for me. I've always wandered why people don't come in or don't stay. I never thought, though, to ask them what they do want from me. Great presence, tone and non-verbal communication.
