Marshall AFD100 vs 2555SL JCM Slash with Gibson Les Paul and same settings

A new comparison of Slash's amps. First, the AFD100 in AFD mode with all controls set to five. I used the stock 6550 valves and not the EL34's from my last video. Than the JCM with exactly the same settings. Second round: both amps with the preamp gains on 10. Third round: gain 8, presence 6.5, bass 6, mid 7, and treble 6. Hope this helps people out. What do you have the master and lead volume set at on the 2555SL?

and does the jcm have a good distortion tone? it sounded like a good tone but you know how video cameras dont always capture the tone 100%

Ive got the AFD and used to own the JCM, like the AFD more, the sound is just awesome, pure Slash. It is pretty toppy but its still fat as hell, kicks the JCM's teeth in.
