RIP MC Junior- Happy Hardcore Legend

RIP to MC Junior, who passed away on 31/12/11.

Live recording of DJ Force & Styles' set at Helter Skelters night called "Nightlife", on the 25th of May 1999, held at The Sanctuary and Rollers arenas, Milton Keynes (UK).
With MC Junior, and ripped from my tape pack.
Happy hardcore up in the place= over 3000 ravers under one roof!

This was one of MC Juniors first large-scale raves he performed at after being banged up in HMP for a while- and Junior at his very best.
Junior (the man that sang the vocals on "Pretty Green Eyes" for those that know) tended to be DJ Force's MC of choice during the mid 90's, but it was common knowledge amongst the hardcore rave scene that he disapeared for a while, spending time at her Majesty's pleasure.....

This aint the time or place to discuss why he went away, but as far as I know, this was the first big event he MC'd at on his release (he mentions it a few times during the set)..... and my man smashes it!!!

Junior freestyles all over this set, he sings, he banters...... he's on top form. That time spent in a 6 x4 cell must have given him time to reflect or summit, because he's class the whole set.
Check him at 4:04, and again at 18:06, for just two examples of what a bad-bwoy he is!
Oh yeah- Charlie B turns up, but he f*cks off after a few minutes cos Junior aint playin!!!

Massive shout to MC Junior- this set you done is legendary still, nuff ravers still refer to this as you being on your top form.

@hardcorenutcase When i uploaded the video last year the original title was "MC Junior- Fresh Outta Jail", but changed it on new years eve after I heard the news. Apparently it was an epileptic fit.....

the description is very wrong, junior did loads of massive events, i went to most of them, hardcore heaven, pleasuedome, vibelite, asylum.

He was arrested at bowlers in manchester on a asylum night back in 97.

this is not his first major event!!!!!!!!!

this rave was the best rave ive ever been to , force , styles and junior ripped it up wicked night i used to have the full tapepack but some fucker nicked it out of my car now the only tape i have is this one , it was the last set of the nite if i remember rightly and the ravers went mental i think the set before this was dj sy could you please upload dj sy`s set and dj vibes set if youve got them cos they were both great sets to thanks from DAMO0666

all ive heard he died due to had a couple of fits followed by cardiac arrest not sure if true rip brother
