This is the opening scene of the game where we see the origin of the ring. We also see Isildur in battle against the orcs.

Note: During this walkthrough, I will only be playing as aragorn when given the option of using Legolas, Gimli and Aragorn. After the main story has been completed, I may go back and play as the other characters!

@FleetingVoid Their rings were made behind Saurons back though so they didn't have the same powers to draw them to him like the dwarven and human rings did, but whatever the entire intro was made up by Peter Jackson so it isn't really even cannon :P

@trevzeppelin Well, that's technically true though. The Elves were above the other Races.  Theirs is the only Race allowed to pass into the West( Ring-bearers and Wizards aside) and they were the only ones able to really resist the temptation of their own Rings. The One Ring excluded because everyone wanted that one.

Ever notice how this intro makes Galadriel look totally racist? Three rings to elves immortal, wisest, fairest and overall best race in the world. Much better then those smelly greedy dwarves and power crazed humans.
