I wonder who the coroner was who thought that he could "rule" the death a homicide, as if he's a judge in a courtroom. Maybe it's just poor journalism, and they meant to say, "The LA county coroner has determined MJ's death to be the result of negligence or foul play."

Okay people, let's lay out the facts:

Fact 1: MJ WAS hooked on prescription drugs, which dramatically escalated after the Pepsi incident

Fact 2: Dr. Murray wasn't a fully certified practitioner

Fact 3: Both are in part responsible for this tragic death

Yes michael jackson was on trial and he was found not guilty on all counts by a jury. He was found not guilty because there was NO proof that he had done anything wrong. And the JC Penny case is relevant because she admitted that she lied about that case to get money which is what she did in this case as well, only he didn't settle with her like JC Penny did and she was hoping MJ would do as well. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? You say he is guilty show me proof.
