Quit bitching about other people's vices; everyone has them, and usually none of them are good. By the looks of it yours is plastic surgery and caked-on makeup used as a vice to try and fail to ignore the fact that you're not 15 anymore. I think the statistics on pathetic, soulless, braindead, middle-aged hypocrites are probably far more prolific and horrifying than smoking stats.
