Hi, Im Suzette Burrow with Austin Infiniti. Did you know that normal wear and road conditions such as hitting pot holes or going over rail road tracks can take their toll on your cars steering and suspension system, it can even possibly throw the alignment settings out of specifications. The alignment keeps your car driving straight and provides better handling, but most importantly it keeps your tires from wearing out prematurely. You will notice that a tire that has been worn due to poor alignment is more worn on one side than the other. Here at Austin Infiniti we have a very sophisticated piece of machinery that checks your alignment. All the technician needs to do is drive your car over the alignment machine to get a reading. It takes about 10 seconds for the very advanced sensors in ground to see which direction the tire is pulling. Not only does it check your alignment it also provides a preliminary break check by sensing the force on the wheel as the car passes over the machine. After the process is complete the machine prints out a report. This is where the technician decides if anything needs to be fixed on the vehicle. Remember youralignment needs to be checked once a year.
Our state-of-the-art service department at Austin Infiniti also offers alternative transportation options when the service is complete and we will hand wash your vehicle at no extra charge to you. You may schedule your appointment through our web-site: http://www.austininfiniti.com/schedule-infiniti-service-online.aspx at your convience or call us. If you have any further questions please feel free to talk to our Service and Parts Director Mark Bailey. We look forward to hearing from you.
