  • LOL @ roy nelsons face

  • @7RAFAGT well...he is 2 times BJJ world champion.... what did you expect? :-p

  • 0:01 to 0:06 , Werdum's knockout power shown

  • @Thanat0s67

yeah but i think there are very few guys that could submit him on the ground. werdum, mir, big nog, are able to do it, im not sure about the rest. just my 2 cents.

  • he's pretty good, but I don't think his dream will come true, cos overeem will win vs cigano

  • @Wc3ALifestyle He's a pure striker (hence his success in K1). He has had some success on the ground (Won the European trials at 2005 ADCC). On the ground he tries to use brute force rather than technique to keep opponents down and hurt them. It's successful against some people but not against elite guys. I think his striking is so good, that he doesn't train his ground game nearly enough. (He doesn't train ground when he trains for K1)

  • @Malk64 I think Werdum is very underrated. I reckon within the year he'll fight Cain and the winner of that will get a shot at whoever the HW champion is.

  • Frank Mir vs Cain
