It talks how the Silicon Valley is recreating itself this time with Green Gold instead of Dot.com. It compares how Nanosolar is much cheaper then Photovoltaic with silicon. Also explains that U.S. is behind in terms of Wind Energy, Water and still to many cars with gas, it needs to take countries like Ger,&Japan as example.
