El Teatro de Danza Contemporanea de El Salvador performs tonight at the Gonda Theatre in the Davis Center at Georgetown University. Guest performance by Dissonance Dance company member Alexandria Franklin. In part with the 2nd annual Latin Dance Festival. Show time at 8pm.
Dissonance Dance Theatre is a Contemporary Dance Company with a ballet core in the heart of Washington, DC. Dissonance Dance Theatre strives to display diversity in on company members and in our contemporary repertoire ranging from classical ballet to jazz/hip hop fusion styles.
VISION: Dissonance Dance Theatre is dedicated to providing quality dance entertainment that builds off the classics of ballet, jazz, and modern to create a new language of dance that reflects the 21st Century take on concert dance regionally, nationally and internationally.
MISSION:Dissonance Dance Theatre (DDT) is a dance series of programs that specialize on developing audience's ability to perceive and interpret the human experience through dance.
