@colloredbrothers if you really study Bashar, Seth, Abraham, its quite a bit more liberating than Buddhism.

What he is talking about here is basicly zen or buddhism in diffrent words. This brick wall of negative beliefs is what sometimes creates depression, and in that depression the circumstances and thoughts create a reality that seems unsurpasable and thus people feel powerless. And if they truely are trapped in their own depression brickwall it can lead to suicecide bcause that is the only answer to the problem they see.

The ego is your enemy for it does hate you, is insane, wants to kill you but still somehow survive your death. Oh no, it certainly is not your friend! lol Luckily, the ego does not really exist. It is merely a concept held in the mind against reality.

Dwell on this.....Eternity and change cannot coexist. One deny's the reality of the other. Which one is true? You have eternity to think on it

@1971SuperLead see, even the brain changes from thought...... the ego is not the enemy. new ideas, nwe beliefs and new perspectives, change, change, change...... the ability that this change will go in the most positive frequency more synchronicity!! More change in rebuilding a hyper conductive and conducive pathways, falling into allowance, acceptance, and self love, for these changes to occur, with as little resistance as positive.
