  • Orsonfoe...well if you watch the video I talk you through it. But to be honest it comes with practice and not just drawing from life, but supplementing that with anatomy book studies...aLOT!.. Then after you draw from life too, you need to do memory sketches of your visit that day. Observe and analyze more-draw less. Drawing is more thinking then actual drawing.....

  • any tips from when your doing drawing studies like this?

  • @poprocks808 quite simply a straight line (as opposed to a curved line). If your drawing has all curved/rounded lines it will look flimsy and unstructured. Adding straight lines or "straights" balances out the curves and adds structure/stability. Hope that helped

  • what's a "straight"?

  • awesome bro! i didnt know you did videos?! i'm stalking you now, haha. good to see you talk and draw bro. you the man!

  • I learned about the Debris technique from studying LeSean Thomas' work.

  • This is a fantastic video my man . . . such a great amount of knowledge in your drawings that you are willing to share with your students . . . impressive.
