@HcMzXRapido weight has nothing to do with the exercise..it's all about technique...your muscles will begin to fatigue if you do it enough times requardless of the weight...females really aren't looking to to build bulky muscle, they mostly are trying to get definition...more reps = tone / definition.. technique = win
