Terence McKenna greets Tim Leary @ Digital Be-in SF 1993

In honor of the 10th anniversary of the passing of the bard Terence McKenna, I have posted this clip I shot in a 'back room' at the 1993 Digital Be-in 5, in San Francisco, CA.

In this back room party scene, Terence McKenna and Tim Leary meet among many friends - filmmakers Brett Leonard and Gimel Everett, musicians Jon Anderson and Scott Page, empressario David Traub, producer Bob Gelman, bard Jim Rintoul, astrologer Dusty Park, peformer Brenda Laurel, writer Norm Lundell, videomaker Sun McNamee, networker Michael Moore, and many others.

It was almost as if Leary was passing the torch to Terence, the flame of psychedelic truth from one generation to the next..

This is amazing footage, and thank you for posting it. However, I don't believe that this was truly the first time that TM and TL met. There is footage on YouTube from TL is clearly much younger, and they are both presenting on the same stage.
