  • My good friend dated the vampire in the coffins daughter. They just broke up a couple of months ago. I understand he passed away in 2007.

  • @badwx Yeah, therer's something the young whippersnappers have never seen, an actual broadcast sign off for the day. Usually in Mn itwas some inspirational prayer thingy, and then basic info on the broadcaster, then the national anthem, and then the official KSTP or WCCO or whoever is signing off and willl resume their regular broadcasting schedule at 6AM tomorrow. And then, snow - just like in Poltergeist.

  • I'm 44. What great memories!! My mom and dad were so cool about letting me watch this. They let me climb into bed with them and we all watched it together. Then, after it was over, I had to go into my bedroom. If they had fallen asleep and didn't turn the TV off in time, I would hear KSTP sign off and I would FREAK OUT! I equated with sign off with death. The movies didn't scare me as much as sIgn off did. After watching a horror flick, my 4 year old brain got pretty morbid.

  • I remember Creature Feature Night also!! I'm in my 40's so that would be our generation!

  • Since you unearthed the Horror Inc. clips (thanks a billion!), can't you do the same for the Channel 9 "Creature Feature" bumpers as well? Those were pretty creepy too.

Loved the Hammer movies as a kid, they definitely brought a T&A element to thrill my 5 year old brain (which is 40 years older now but still works the same!)

  • FAR OUT! Somebody's got the beginning AND the ending of Horror Incorporated posted. Man when I was 6-12, this was how I spent my Friday and Saturday nights, getting scared sh-tless in St Cloud MN watching horror double features on channel 11. 47 now and these opening and closing bits are STILL as creepy as ever.

  • Obviously this made an impact on many of us as we did a search on youtube to see if the opening was there, such great memories

  • SargeantFunshine

"I BEG you....PLEASE post some footage with the host from those old shows!!!!!!!"

There was no host, Sarge. Just the opening and the ending, with the voiveover, that you see here on YouTube. In between was the movie(s).

Actually I think there may have been a host in later years - but in not the early years on the original version of the show.
