黄色のバスに乗っていた暴力団員が中国人に物を投げたり、殴ったりしていた。その後中国人の女の子から国旗を奪って破り、バスの後ろに縛って侮辱しようとしていた。中国留­学生が隙間を見て国旗を取り戻した後に、暴力団員に囲まれ、殴られた。その間、警察は暴力団員に何もしなかった。中国人が少しでも道路脇のロープを越えたらすぐに後ろへ押­されたのに、暴力団員はチベットの旗を掲げ車道上堂々と歩いても、何の文句も言わなかった。警察の対応が極めて不公平であった！その後中国の男性学生が暴力団員に棒で殴ら­れ、頭から血を流して救急車に搬送された。しかし、犯人が逮捕されることがなく、暴力団員はその場を自由に去ってしまった。
