Adalgiza Charria is a leading women's rights activist and communications specialist in Cali. She is one of the founding members of Colectivo de Mujeres Pazificas, a coalition of women's organizations whose aim is to facilitate women's participation in the peace processes in Colombia and bring attention to sexual violence against women in the conflict. She introduces the organization and explains why they would like to take on the campaign to Disarm Domestic Violence in Colombia.
