yeah arenex, everyone has seen that video before. That guy obviously didnt know what he was doing when he did the jump otherwise he would not have fallen. Rather than rebounding off of the wall he should have absorbed it and dropped to let his hands catch the edge of the wall rather than push off. just needs more practice, thats all.

yeah jumping from a roof is not really much more dangerous then jumping from a 1 ft. stair. as long as you know how to use the momentum and energy to your advantage and you have good technique then there is no problem jumping from that high. I've seen david belle do 20 ft drops and land as if he just hopped off of a 5 ft ledge. Like anything else you just need to train and condition your body for the kind of impact you would need to take. simple
