David Nadler makes a strong case for the proposition that condo rentals are often bargain-priced in the current market.
In this video, the first of a series, Nadler takes me on a driving tour of the eastern stretch of Lincoln Park, chatting about some of the high-rise condos his clients have rented recently.
One advantage for condos, according to Nadler, is that rents are generally negotiable and may come in well under the asking price.
Nadler lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and daughter and runs City Ranch Real Estate, which has been one of our clients.
