I believe this is "A Switch in Time" from the Complete Roy Walton Vol. 1. Either that, or it's "Parrot Fashion". In any case, Roy Walton has come up with some simple, excellent effects.

a tip, don't change the count sequence even though you end clean. I do it with a rhythm count hoping the spec would be suspicious and try to call you on a move when you end clean :D
