I honestly don't see the point of repeating the same type of sound in every album. I think this new album is has some good melodies, if you added heavy distortion it would not go with the songs...it's just a matter of taste I guess

They lost their heavy level of distortion after Nigel left which was during the tour for "The Science of Things". They've never been the same since... Gavin really should have left Bush alone because this shit is not "spiritual" as another reviewer called it... This is lame... I'd say his songwriting ability is equivalent to that of maybe the singers of Nickelback or Shinedown or something really fucking gay like that... Anyways... This is lame....

Their missing the heavy level of distortion they used to use... I love Bush back in the 90's they were amazing and still are but they are missing that beautiful distortion sound.

why is everyone hating on them. so what if they arent the same as they used to be its different then it used to be... doesnt mean its not good i personally love everything these guys make reminds me of chilling in the summer. i love all of it
