@percyal1 ok. i thought about it, and just to clear this up, I'm not arguing and if you didn't want me to respond you shouldn't have commented :p. mostly the reason if they know about something and not doing anything it's probably because they don't know what to do. like botting for example, they tried new software, and they most likely won't stop trying new things because it makes the players happy. something as small as a glitch like in this video they arent worried about right away.

ok come on seriously, the whole "wtf jagex" was good for a while, but now that i think of it. they can't be on top of everything!!! stop blaming jagex! you notice a glitch? bug report would do just fine, i do agree that getting a hold of jagex is rather an arduous process and most of the time they dont do anything about it if you do submit a bug report but come one. jagex is trying the hardest they can, do you think jagex would let this glitch be in here if they knew about it? hmm? no.
