I didn't curse even ONCE in this video. I need to get it together!

When I say that I didn't make good money from the club, it wasn't THAT type of club. It was a regular entertainment bar (not strip club, FYI).

  • When i cross the bridge i gotta pay $4 when i come to toll gate those people don't even speak or say thank you because in reality if i wanna cross i gotta pay. If you order something your suppose to pay good service or not, you got your 11dollars worth your food that is all your entitled to, it is common courtesy to say thank you to a customer. People have good and bad days you probally catched that person on a bad day. You don't care about that person day why should they care about yours.

  • I don't need help you gotta realize everyone is not gonna treat you the way you are supposed to be treated. I get good service because i treat service people like human beings not robots. Just don't patronize that business no more, go to places that value you as customer.

    You don't know how I treated him but just to fill you in, I treat ALL people in business with respect. Period. Accept the video for what it is.

    You're making a big shit out of something when the message was quite clear. Went somewhere, had bad service, didn't go back. Don't try to fill it in with your own stories of me acting disrespectful or making it seem like Im pissed b/c I have to pay. It's a story. And it's done.

  • I feel that if you are going to a quick service store (fast foods,etc). You don't necessary need the people working there to be asking you how your day was or nothing of the sort; because like you said you don't care about how that person day went so why should they?

    All they need to do is ask how they can help you and say thank you at the end.

    Thats it!

    I really don't like when people come in a store acting like they are the Jesus of the day, and that without them the place wouldn't be there

  • Stop patronizing that business, some Asian people treat black bad if you are black. I have seen them be nice to white people.

  • You are entitled to good customer service no matter what. I can't tell you how many selfish employees I run into who don't understand that it's their job to engage the customer first (smile, thank, etc.), and not the other way around. In fact, I often times purposely act neutral just to see if I will receive unconditional good customer service. There are lots of people out there who will only give really good service to people who already look happy and outgoing, and that's all wrong.

  • i dont agree the customer is always right cuz at times ppl are just crazy and i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone they didnt make that sign for no reason just off the way you talk though you have a rude tone maybe cuz your mad of the situation but if i would have said hello and you woulld have taalked to me with a tone like that i would just have a heads up on your attitude

  • i agree with BelTriniCurls as well there are plenty of times when you are kind to the customer and the customer is the complete opposite it cracks me up too when i am nice and they are mad its like dang i guess your life is miserable,,

  • sometimes i get these customers that need for you to be at their every need its like im here to help you out but im not your slave then there are just some ppl that go out and shop cuz they need attention or company,, quite sad

  • I agree with @BelTriniCurls... you should also do a video about bad customers. People sometimes take "the customer is always right" principle too far. I'm saying that and I don't even work in customer service, but I've seen people who do get treated very nasty...

  • In NC most of the japanese restuarants aren't even ran by japanese theirselves. Most are ran by Chinese people who are just in the business for money. (I work in establishments with chinese because my husband is chinese). The one thing about the businesses that the chinese run here is that SOME not all, don't care about customer service and the japanese resturant i worked in, all the chinese people never asked about customers days or sai hi, they just worked and talked to their chinese coworkers
