Rhino Welcomes Eagles - Fan Bars in D.C.

Kickoff for the Eagles-Redskins game was at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, but an hour before the game started, Rhino Bar & Pumphouse in Georgetown was standing room only, filled with fans clad in every combination of green, black and white Philadelphia Eagles attire.

Washington, D.C., is home to countless Redskins fans, but it is also a base for a number of transients. The city is a hot spot for recent college graduates, according to the Forbes' list of best cities for young professionals. This diverse population of twenty-somethings has created a serious subclass of football fans for out-of-town teams.
