pit bull pepper sprayed by rcmp because dog is a pit bull

rcmp came in my yard and pepper sprayed my pit bull,which was chained up.well I was napping in my house.went to the SPCA and they gave me back my dog without any fines,and told me to sue the rcmp

Where I live your dog would be confiscated and you imprisoned because you didn't supervise.

Since not far from my house a 6 year old has been carnaged by 2 Rottweilers and a Pitbull and his mother's been seriously injured (they ripped her entire face off) most dogs are classified as potentially deadly weapons and have to be treatened accordingly. That means - inter alia - they have to be "stored in a secure place" if unsupervised

In your case it had to be inside.

aggressive dog contains a chance to hurt a man. Bomb contains a chance to hurt a man. Bombs are not discussed here.

Nevertheless, the dog was tied. But it was out in the street where little children walk who don`t know if something`ll come on the dog`s mind. Isn`t it a hidden bomb? No signs of threat like "Attention".

The reason your dog was sprayed is because you chained it up in the front yard, with a long enough chain that it could actually hurt someone (like your neighbors for example). The police/animal control must have recieved a complaint, or they would come and take your dog like that. If you are looking for someone to blame, then blame yourself.

I love dogs but after the hundreds and hundreds of documentations involving pitbull attacks ( there are easily dozens of youtube clips that would open ur eyes into the subject) these dogs SHOULD NOT be left unattended in an outdoor environment. Sorry chained up is NOT enough.

Well all honesty i dont know where your from...

Im from Texas.. a pitbull is now even allowed in the front yard. with chain or a runner. or a rope tied to him.. for many reasons... Home insurance does not cover homes. no one wants to take a chance of theyre child running up on the dog thinking he is harmless, and the other is that most massive pitt's have enough strength and endurance to eat or pull to break lose.. the whole NUT BOLT AND VIBRATION Theory. you keep shaking it will get it lose.

and in your case you seem to be a pit hater you should just keep your mouth shut since you don't know anything about the breed really. you like to rant in videos like this and say too bad they just didn't shoot the dog? You are one piece of work. i'm sure you're those ignorant pitbull haters that like to show videos of pitbulls mauling people or other dogs.
