You need Art Money program for this..

or simply google it..

The steps are simple. 1st search the "now" money, change it on the game (reduce your money), and then from the previous search, look for your amount of money after reduced..
Then simply change it to whatever u want..

*Update for those who cant get it to work*
If it still doesnt work, you can try one of these three options:
1. Try the same steps but deactivate temporary your antivirus (or enable gaming profile for kaspersky) some antivirus block the cheat
2. Try again all the steps and play around with the integer types. try one by one and see if it works
3. if nothing works, re-install the game. make sure that u make a backup of ur save-game data (usually on my documents) before re-installing the game.

Might work with newer version of NFS series as well!
