Tornado Siren Monthly Test -January 6th, 2010 - Duluth, MN

I didn't have time to set up the tripod this time, and this siren went off when I wasn't expecting it (1:05pm) and it scared the crap out of me! Watch the camera shake when it goes off, and you can hear me say something like fu*k! I've never done one of these before, and there was NO WIND-UP.....just ON. Listen to the end when it echo's off the hills in Duluth by Spirit Mountain ski resort. Mountain Shadow Road, Duluth, MN

This one had a wind-up. Most electronic sirens have a brief wind-up to grab the attention of others nearby-- and it certainly got your attention ;)

But I do agree-- I wouldn't want to be near that thing when it goes off lol

I am working on a homemade siren called Warren 2010 b1 or u could call it a Warren b1 i'll have the audio on in a few days it has two different wail tones a voice and a whoop tone
