This video is actually quite funny! I live in Budd Lake, NJ and if there's even a minor car accident in my town, about 3 or 4 cop cars show up with lights and sirens. That's even if no one is hurt and even if no one is fighting. NYC is the exact opposite. You have a car accident followed by people screaming and cursing at eachother in the middle of the street, and that's far from being a high priority call. I bet the cops never even responded to this accident scene.
