  • I feel you on the length issue. I don't want my hair to grow beyond 4 in stretched. Yes, Afro-hair can grow to waist length if we so choose. But the time necessary to maintain that just isn't worth it IMHO. I can get the essence of everything I want with 4 in's. A cute 80% shrunken wash n' go. A decent length-ed puff if I pick it out. Or enough length (by my aesthetic tastes) for a decent twist-out if I blow it out with front cornrows. That's all I need! Accessories do the rest!

  • Amen! I think mines is about 5" now and honestly, I'm bout tired of it again. I'm amazed that it grew so fast and it looks good, but the time and energy it takes it A LOT, I am definately considering loc'g now. I've done pretty much EVERYTHING possible in the last few years.

  • Hey Eddie where do I buy your products!! please make more videos:)

  • Hey Honey...More Vids to come...I will be doing TWO this week...One on my daughter's beads and one on my progress...I am AMAZED with how much my hair has grown since my last BC; I want to show it off a little...lol.

  • Out of all of the videos I have watched, I really have enjoyed your the best. I like the clarity in your voice, the quality of the picture and sound, and, of course, the detailed technique! I am subscribing!!! Thank you!!!

  • Hey Boo...thanks so much...I am glad you enjoyed it..I am hoping to do a few more soon, but I have to get my camera back from a borrower...lol

  • Amazing how women with different hair types and textures feel about their hair, length etc. I've had short and long hair and prefer long. i honestly don't think it's that much more maintenance unless you want to style like crazy. I like buns and updos and they require much less maintenance.

by the way, I like the plastic hate on the head tip. I always dry out so I'm going to do this when I wash tomorrow. thank you for sharing

  • Ha! i thought i was the only one that twist sections of hair while continuing to keep hair moisturized under the plastic cap...
