Written and produced by Greg Palmer
Real footage of the actual world war II, filmed exclusively in colour, on the battlefield and the home front their cameras captured the conflict. For 60 years most of the footage was forgotten in attics, archives and even rubbish dumps. Rescued and restored the footage can now show the original colour film at last.

Credits go towards TWI/Carlton/KCTS

  • This is a great video, many people have forgotten about these people that should never be forgotten. Let them live on and honor them forever! This and many other events and war inspire me to join the Marines like i will, and fight for everything that is right! and everything that should be! Thank you God for every person spared by every person that was not!

  • Can't believe so few views......My dad was there and more should see ..
