The University of East Anglia's Project Evolve Graduate Internship Programme has placed around 140 graduates within local businesses since it started in Autumn 2009.

This mutually beneficial internship scheme offers the opportunity for local businesses to secure a recent graduate to work on a specific project for up to twelve weeks, either full or part-time. All projects are designed to increase the graduates employability.

Recent University of East Anglia (UEA) graduate Peter Bunyan was secured by the Harnser Group, an international organisation whose HQ is based in Norwich, Norfolk. Peter worked to redesign their intranet which is viewed by Harnser employees across the globe.

Since completing his internship, the Harnser Group were so impressed with the quality of his work they offered him full-time employment.
