Use a grape hoe rather than a mattock, it works wonders

Regular inks won't hurt the soil either...no worries on it.

Good reason for rain barrels. I've set up for 600 gallons...you can do it on the cheap too...lol.
sod will come out much easier if you water it the day before removal...just a hint.

too much work. why don't you use raised beds and square foot gardening? it's been THE BEST and easiest way for me and I've done a lot.

the soil is great to use, no material for raised beds and sqr ft grdning is basically another name for permaculture which i try to apply, plus ive got heaps of raised beds and had requests for in ground bed vids, cheers
