A 6000 km road trip leaving Quebec city on September 23rd. Driving East on the North shore of the St-Lawrence River to Baie-Comeau then North to Fermont/Labrador City. Then I drove the Labrador Highway and took a ferry from Happy Valley Goose bay to Cartwright. I drove south to Blanc Sablon, hopped on another ferry to New Foundland. I drove all the way to St John's stopping to Gros Morne National Park. Then I took another ferry to Nova Scotia through Cape Breton Highlands National Park.

I crossed onto P.E.I. through another ferry and then went to "Les Îles de la Madeleine" and back. Enough ferries! 7 in all! I drove back to Quebec city through New Brunswick and arrived on October 7th.

  • Did you stop at Realis Gabriel? May I ask how much you spent to make this trip? In trying to plan for it, we really have no idea how to budget for it.

  • @rwdubose Yes I did stop at Relais Gabriel, you don't really have the choice since your happy to stop at some place and stretch your legs. This trip really didn't cost me much because I had my own car and was doing a lot of camping. I don't count food as travel expenses. So maybe all in all 1500$ for 2 weeks of gas, ferries and excursions...

  • What song is this? I like it a lot!

  • @pleasanton99 It's Moksha - Caspian

  • Beautiful photos. We've been to PEI, NS, and NB, but would love to go to Newfoundland and Labrador. Question: at the approx. 5:05 mark, did you have a Boston Red Sox shirt on? (If so...WTG!)

  • @kelhapam Yes I did, very good ! Go to Gros Morne in Newfoundland, a must...
