Fatal Frame 4 IV - STRANGE GLITCH - Ruka walking through walls & Rooms mess up

What was that?!
Ruka, Chapter 4, 2nd playthrough.
I was just returning from the dining room and wanted to solve the puzzle in the storage room under the stairs. And then the 2nd floor management office appears in there and I can walk through walls.

After I saved and loaded the game everything went back to normal.

@Makie666 Yes! This exact issue has happend to me! [except on the 3rd chapter with Choushiro] I wanted 2 do a double check 2 make sure I had all the dolls first. So when I went back to Haibara's office and opened the book case...There was nothing but a purpilish/blue like back ground...AND THEN Somthing flashed an I saw a creepy mask, and then he was in another part of the game i havn't even reached yet! have u expierienced tht?
