Unforutionatlly there is lack of oral health information to those people level, so teeth brushing is not routine procedure in thier life style.

1-Did the mother of father ever make this boy brush his teeth? 2-Was he disabled, so he wasn't able to brush his teeth himself? 3-The X-ray looks like the teeth are jumbled around, will his adult teeth erupt in a normal pattern?
