The ipod touch 2nd gen is much better because it has build in speakers. It has better features then the 1st gen. That's what I think.

whatever payment information you have setup on the itunes store is detected on your ipod touch/iphone... it bills that card. there's also an option to redeem a gift card on the device if that's how you pay for your music.
