@AnarchyEngineer That rad will hardly cool just ONE graphics card with anything else mate. TBH the 5770s really are not worth spending money on to buy blocks. Better off spending that money just buying better cards :)

Brilliant video. Thank you so much for taking the time. I was kinda considering a water cooling solution for my next rig, but was put off by the fussiness of it, but after this video, not only will I get a water cooling kit for sure, but I will go out of my way to get it from specialtech :D

Thanks for the video. Great walkthrough for newbies like me! I'd like to start on watercooling my system. I'm currently running a reference Radeon 6950 and an AMD 955 Black Edition. What kind of radiator would you recommend? What pump size?

@D1rtyDubstep i would get a 60m 240 rad and 1 60m 120rad

@TimeToLiveCustoms i have a 2600k, 7970, but a 600t case, that cant have a 360 rad, what would you reccomend?

Why do British people use "literally" so much ? :P

i loved that little trick at the end with the paperclip ^.^ i was wondering how you could test the loop without killing everything if theres a leak, paperclips solve everything! :D
What size rad would you use for a cpu (2500k) and gpu (7970) tom?. I want quiet fans so low density . I was thinking a 360 (duel thickness).

Hi Tom,
Thanks for making the video, very helpful, wish I'd seen it when I built my first watercooled system :p
I have a question I've been unable to find the answer to, even though it seems like it would be relatively simple: Is there an easy formula of some kind to work out how many loops are needed for a certain setup? Specifically, if I'm doing RAM, CPU and dual VGA, can they all be on 1 loop, or should I do 1 for CPU+RAM and separate loop for VGAs. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey guys! Ordering items for my first watercooled build! I was just wondering how many compression fittings I should buy for a cpu and single gpu loop with one 240mm rad?
xtredxdudex 1 month ago
@xtredxdudex a 240 rad isnt enough for cpu and gpu
