Student Stabbed By Fellow Student At Central Valley High School In Ceres, California

This afternoon the Ceres Police Department along with E.M.S. crews were called to Central Valley High School in Ceres, California after a student was stabbed by a fellow student during a fight on their lunch break.

Police stated that the victim, a freshman was stabbed by a sophomore during an isolated altercation which does not appear to be gang related.

Police have the attacker in custody and also took custody of a second student who they are calling a person of interest.

School officials stated that at no time were any other students in danger and they were able to contain the situation quickly without having the put the school on lock down.

The injuries to the victim are not believed to be life threatening.

Not everywhere in the Central Valley is like that, I lived here all my life and yea if you live here you will more than likely expedience some kind of crime but that's life anywhere you go. And no one will care where you came from.
