This is me playing "Second Chance" by Shinedown on my acoustic guitar (Takamine EG530SC). I put the album version of the song under my guitar recording via Audacity, so that it wouldn't sound so empty. The video and audio were recorded seperatedly and I edited the whole thing in Sony Vegas Movie Studio. Please let me know what you think about it and if you have any suggestions/questions! =)

The intro is just the chords Am, C and F with a couple of pull-offs and hammer-ons. It's really not hard. =)
