From The Soft Porn Movie "The Seduction Of Inga"
In 1969 Bjorn And Benny Formalised Their Close Professional Relationship By Setting Up Their Own Publishing Company "Union Songs" In Partnership With Stikkan Anderson And Bengt Bernhag Of Polar Music. Stig And Bengt Already Managed The Affairs For Bjorn And The Hootenanny Singers. Given Benny's Bad Experiences With Business Dealings Of The Hep Stars, This Partnership Seemed Only Logical. In November And December They Recorded Their First Tracks As "Bjorn & Benny".
The First To Be Released From These Sessions Was The Single "She's My Kind Of Girl/Inga Theme". It Was Taken From The Soft Porn Movie "The Seduction Of Inga" And Was Released In The Spring Of 1970. A Japanese Publisher Got To Hear It, Probably As A Result Of Stig Networking, And It Became An Enormous Hit In Japan In 1972 When It Sold Half A Million Copies.
