i got fired from my job

PLEASE READ- where the video got cut off i was trying to make a note of a situation a week prior to mine. there was a shift supervisor who has been written up and has showed up late many times etc etc . the week before her boyfriend and some of his friends came in and was given a fair amount of SB product(about 30$ worth) and wasnt terminated because the GM had a crush on her. SO before you guys go posting hey you stole DUH understand that i dont care but if i should be cut so should that person.

If a company views it's employees as so replaceable as to fire someone over a cup of coffee then they are no longer viewing you as a person, but a commodity.

thats shitty! my friend used to work at *$ and he said that they encouraged the employees make themselves drinks, and give ppl drinks for free if they look like they're having a bad day....that is weak sauce maan. hope you found a better job since then ;]

By the way i used to work at Millies Cookies and they threatened to fire me because i was unable to come when they randomly call me in to come and work (changing rota all the time). They also didnt pay me for 2 months. So gave them the resignation and the middle finger.

that is illegal. you can't get fired for giving someone some coffee. that Wrongful Termination of employment, and as Luvylexi said, you can sue that manager for wrongful termination. Before i was fired from my theater job, i used to give out a free small popcorn to anyone that bought a xl drink. now we used to do that exact deal, and i was doing it till i found out the company took out that deal for 2 weeks till i finally found out. of course i was fired cause "i wasn't working hard enough"
